Noyan Capital is a privately owned investment group based in Mauritius that invests in, builds, and operates businesses across sectors for the long term.
Why we exist
Noyan Capital exists to do one thing well: invest in good businesses, build them, and run them properly.
Most groups define themselves by an industry. We define ourselves by an approach — patient, hands-on, and entrepreneurial — applied wherever we find a business worth building or backing. That gives us the freedom to follow opportunity instead of being trapped by a category.
Our philosophy
We invest our own capital and run our own businesses.
So we think long term by default. We favour recurring revenue over one-off transactions, durable relationships over volume, and compounding quality over rapid scale. We would rather build and keep a small number of businesses run to an exacting standard than a sprawling portfolio run indifferently.
The name
A title of rank, entrusted to hold.
Noyan Capital carries its founder's name. That the name also happens to be a title of rank — a lord or commander entrusted to hold territory and answer for it — is a resonance we're glad to keep, because it describes the work exactly.
To build and keep a business is, at heart, an act of stewardship: protecting what is held, deploying it wisely, and passing it on stronger than it was received.
